CHUBB TOWNHALL

Chubb is a global insurance company with over 31,000 employees. Twice a year, High Viz Media Group supports Chubb’s internal EMEA Townhalls, livestreamed from their central London office.

High Viz Media provide full technical planning and production, working closely with Chubb’s marketing team to align with their editorial and technical requirements. Our role covers cameras, gallery setup and operation, comms engineering, and more recently, staging, giving greater flexibility to create a stage design tailored to each event.

Having delivered these Townhalls for over three years, we’ve developed a deep understanding of Chubb’s setup and expectations, ensuring each broadcast runs seamlessly and to specification.
