Jagex - RuneFest 2025

RuneFest is the real-life celebration of all things RuneScape! A hugely successful show pre covid and after a 5 year gap Jagex wanted to bring the show back, but bigger and better - growing both the stage set up and audience size. High Viz Media Group were brought in to manage both the Main Stage broadcast and the on site Studio.

We produced, filmed and broadcast all content on the Main Stage - the focal point of RuneFest. With quiz shows, keynotes, game reveals and live music performances, we managed and broadcast a huge range of content over the two days to entertain and delight not just the 3,000 attendees but countless more RuneScape fans around the world. We ran 5 cameras, multiple audio feeds and utilised our Ultrix fr5 to route the signals and embedded audio.

Located within the heart of the show floor, the RuneFest Studio was the home of their online broadcast. We built a themed space 3m off the ground, allowing for a stunning backdrop of the main show floor. Utilising 4 PTZ cameras we ensured a dynamic livestream reached a global audience of 250,000, with community feedback incredibly high.
